• The plush fabric Birthday Hat for Horse or Pony is extremely soft and pliable. It has a Velcro strap underneath on the back for fastening to the halter or bridle's crownpiece. Two white paracords hang from the ear holes for tying under the birthday horse's neck.
• The brim is 12 inches in diameter; the crown is 8 inches in diameter, the stove pipe part is 7 inches high not counting the candles. The ear holes are extra big in case you have a long ears on the property with a birthday. The ear holes are reinforced with satin stitching.
• This hat has a wire inside the brim to keep it in a circle.

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.
2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
